HOW TO SWITCH BETWEEN KM/H AND MPH？
  • After the HUD boots up and stops flashing, long press the "M" button for 5 seconds to enter setting mode (1-14). Short press the "M" button to switch to item 9, then you can adjust the speed unit (0 is Km/h, 1 is MPH/h)
  • by pressing "+", "-".Finally, press and hold the "M" button for 2 - 3 seconds to save and exit.
SPEED DATA HAS SLIGHT ERRORS
  • Since this product is designed to remind drivers not to overspeed, the speed displayed by this device may be 5-10km /H faster than the speed of the car.
  • When the product is power on, long press the M button for 5 seconds to enter menu option 1, then press the M button for 1 second to set the value, adjust it according to your own vehicle, and finally long press the M button for 5 seconds to save it
THE PROJECTION HAS A SLIGHT GHOSTING
  • Because the car's glass is double glazed, the device will have slight ghosting, but it will not affect the use. If the reflective film (contained in the package) is used, the slight ghosting will not occur.
  • Please tear off the protective film before using this product, otherwise it will affect the clarity of the projection.

OBD Troubleshooting:

  • 1.The screen without any display, and no power
  • Please do these operations: If OBD cable is tight enough,pull the OBD cable out several times. Try another car to test.
  • 2.When HUD power on,HUD only shows the car voltage and be automatic power off after 30 seconds driving.
  • HUD is only available for cars with OBD2 and EOBD agreement(European:manufactured after 2003, Other region: after 2007). HUD Products don’t support JOBD and OBDI,if your car is these agreement,Please switch to the GPS system for display. After power on, the screen flickers. Press the ‘+’ key within 5 seconds to switch the GPS system.
  • 3. Inaccurate speed
  • In the case of power-on,long press the 'M' button in to enter into menu option,menu displays 1,parameter displays 107.Fine tuning of the values according to the difference between HUD and car instrument(Example:the instrument displays 100 KM but HUD displays 105KM,then calculation should be default value 107-5=102.Long press the 'M' button to save your adjustment and exit.

 

GPS Troubleshooting:
  • 1. Nothing on the screen, no power
  • Check whether the OBD cable or car charger cable is tightly connected,unplug it repeatedly and plug it in several times,or directly plug the cigarette lighter with a USB cable.
  • 2. No speed
  • GPS blinks for searching numbers ongoing.Please move the car to wide road. It will work after GPS light steady.
  • 3. HUD cannot be automatically powered on or repeatedly extinguished while driving
  • Long press the ‘M’ key to enter into the setup menu,and adjust the voltage(Menu 10) to 13.0V or 12.8-12.5V.Please plug in the cigarette lighter by USB cable if not be solved still.
  • 4. HUD won't shut down automatically after car goes out
  • When the OBD cable is connected, the HUD will automatically turn off after 3 minutes.
  • Please adjust the voltage parameter value(Menu10) to 13.5V if it has not been turned off within 5 minutes after car engine stopped,or plug cigarette lighter by USB cable.

All of our products are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.
