Header did not fit, muffler also didnt come out enough.

I did have a few issues with this exhaust, i have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt LS and the header did not fit correctly at all, i had to dremel the holes bigger for it to fit, also with the exhaust the muffler didnt come out far enough so the bushing would go on, and when the did it held it to the metal of the car and it makes a terrible rattling sound, i did also have issues with connecting the last piece of the exhaust because it was not long enough, ended up puting exhaust paste to prevent exhaust looks because it leaked. Overall not a bad sounding exhaust and it does require tinkering.

Well worth it for the price

The stainless steel is pretty well made. The customer service from Flashark is amazing. It should be noted that the manifold is for Non-California models of the 2.2 as it does not have accommodation for the Secondary Air Injection system.

Sound good install pretty straightforward however the pipe in between the muffler and mid resonator hangs a little low to the ground
