Welds are very good and fits my 2006 ford expedition 5.4. Bolted right up. It says they will only fit F150, but they fit my expedition perfectly.

1994 toyota celica engine 7AFE

Was in search of a exhaust for the longest for a 1994 toyota celica. Did research and found out that the corolla has has same engine as the 1994 toyota celica fwd I ended up risking it and ordered it upon arrival everything was in package and began assembling and compared it there was a small slight problem where the headers wouldn't slide into the studs on exhaust the pattern was right just hole size diffrence. Again this manifold is made for the corrola not celica but ended up drilling out the stud holes a tad bit bigger and it slid on so now have complete header goes under engine with clearance and out the back then chopped up the end and did my own system the back. For a header that's not meant to go on a corrola 10/10 recommend everything held well no Cracks or anything sounds great sensors go right in its awsome.

I’m pretty impressed overall. The packaging was top-notch. Everything arrived perfectly sealed, and there was no damage during shipping.

As far as the fitment goes, the headers were nearly perfect. However, I did run into a couple of small issues. First, I had to slightly modify the engine mount bracket to ensure a proper fit. It wasn’t a big deal, just a bit of adjustment needed. The other issue I encountered was with the O2 bung placement. I had to modify the firewall slightly to accommodate it, but again, it was a pretty straightforward fix and is required with mostly all aftermarket header replacements on these e46’s.

One thing I would recommend is to stick with OEM header gaskets instead of using the ones provided in the kit. The OEM gaskets seem to offer a better seal and fit, and heat protection for the upper plastic valve cover.

All in all, I’m very pleased with the headers. They’re a great upgrade for the E46, and despite the minor adjustments, the process was pretty painless.

Nice downpipe!

The delivery was fast, welding spots are carefully finished, overall quality is great.
I have 2016 r60 s and no drone sound on high or low revs when going highway.
I like it so far, let’s see how it’s going to be after tune.

Headers fit 4wd, y pipe hits driveshaft.

Bought these for my lifted 4wd knowing that they say 2wd only. For the price I took the chance. Well the y pipe doesn’t fit at all bc of the lift and the driveshaft. Weird angle to fit the catback too. However the headers themselves fit amazing. Tons of room for the plugs. Flanges are thick and no leaks. Wish they would make any pipe for 4wd trucks. I have to have the y modified bc once you unbox them you own them. Do not hesitate if you are 2wd

Silverado 99-06 header with y pipe

Install went better than expected. Both side went in without any modifications to the headers or y pipe. Oxygen sensors went in without issues and in correct location. (I did install sensors prior to bolting headers in.) drivers side was the tighter one to install with the steering shaft on that side. Did not remove anything to make more room. Thoroughly impressed so far.

Great purchase!

The fitment is a little off, IMO, with stock hangers it sits a little lower than previous exhaust did(nothing different hangers can fix). The sound is just what I was looking for. The idle tone is deep and driving is LOUD. You'll probably want some sound deadening, to help with the droneing when the top up, if you don't already. I added a section of exhaust wrap to the portion that runs underneath the gas tank, just for peace of mind. Overall looks great and sounds good, in my opinion.(Unfortunately haven't gotten a video of the sound when it's driving yet)

C5 headers can’t beat them for the price!!

They arrived within 5-7 days like expected everything came wrapped up in bubble wrap. Install took around 5 hours steady the video they have on their website pretty much tells you step by step. I’ve since ordered a set of longtubes for LS TransAm.
All Header bolts lined up perfectly to the heads also I didn’t fight any alignment issues. Will continue to order from these guys from here on out.

Perfect for price

Wow. This is by far the best mod I've done to my VB. Love the fact that it has perfect fitment (like OEM) and that it comes with all the assembly kit witch also fits OEM as well. Awesome sound now on the car. No drone inside and and looks 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Awesome product

Awesome header. Everything fit perfect. Only recommendation I would make is to have the o2 sensor bungs on the opposite side. Had to order extensions to plug them back in. No biggie though.

I’d like to start off with how fast the shipping is, within a few days my new headers and down pipe arrived. After bolting everything down sadly I missed the nut that goes over an empty valve hole, and it fell off driving. I reached out to flashark and only asked for a replacement nut, not only did they respond within the hour I had sent the email, not only did they replace the nut, I got the whole new set of headers and downpipe. Amazing service, amazing products as well (I love the headers). Definitely buying again from here.
