This Flashark 3-inch T4 turbo downpipe is designed for selected 1999–2013 Chevrolet and GMC 4.8L V8 LS/Vortec applications that have been converted to a T4-flanged single-turbo setup. It is not a factory replacement pipe and does not fit a stock naturally aspirated exhaust system.
The downpipe connects directly to a compatible T4 turbocharger outlet and helps route exhaust gases toward your custom mid-pipe or exhaust system. Its 3-inch free-flow design, 90-degree outlet tube, V-band connection, and pre-welded O2 sensor bung give turbo LS builders a cleaner starting point than fabricating the entire downpipe from scratch.

A: The package includes one 3-inch T4 turbo downpipe, one 90-degree outlet tube, one V-band clamp, and a pre-welded O2 sensor bung with a block-off plug. It does not include the turbocharger, turbo manifold, mid-pipe, or cat-back exhaust.
Q: Why does the downpipe include an O2 sensor bung?
A: The pre-welded bung allows you to install a wideband O2 sensor for monitoring air/fuel ratio during tuning. If your build does not use that sensor location, use the included block-off plug.
Q: Will I need custom fabrication?
A: The downpipe is designed to bolt directly to a compatible T4 turbocharger, but final fitment is build-specific. Depending on your truck or van platform, turbo location, steering clearance, frame clearance, and exhaust layout, custom routing or fabrication may be required after the included outlet section.
