2010-2014 VW Golf Jetta Passat 2.0 TDI (CJAA) Cold Air Intake Kit
Built specifically for the 2010-2014 VW Golf, 2010-2014 Jetta, 2012-2014 Passat, 2013-2014 Beetle, and 2010-2013 Audi A3 with the 2.0L TDI (CJAA) Common-Rail Diesel, this Flashark Cold Air Intake replaces the factory airbox and intake tube to feed the turbo cooler, denser air from outside the engine bay. The mandrel-bent 2.75-inch T-6061 aluminum tube and dual steel heat shields isolate the dry cone filter from under-hood heat so the TDI breathes cooler charge air on the 1,800-3,000 RPM band. Bolt-on installation uses factory mounting points, so the swap takes about 45 minutes with basic hand tools and no tune.

- ④ Sensors: The factory MAF/IAT sensor is reused from your stock airbox (it is a transplant part, not included in the box). The CNC-machined 70mm housing keeps the MAF at the OEM bore so the stock CJAA ECU reads in its design envelope.
