The Flashark Cold Air Intake Kit replaces that restrictive stock box with a smooth 3-inch (76mm) mandrel-bent aluminum tube, a high-flow dry cotton gauze filter, and a sealed heat shield that pulls cooler, denser air from outside the engine bay.
The result is a measurable improvement in throttle response, a deeper intake growl under acceleration, and an estimated 7-10% horsepower gain (20-29 HP) with 5-7% more torque (13-18 lb-ft) — all without requiring a tune.
