2011–2015 LML 6.6L Duramax EGR, DPF and CCV Kit
This configurable package combines components for changing the factory EGR, DPF exhaust and CCV systems on listed 2011–2015 Chevrolet and GMC Silverado or Sierra pickups with the LML 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. The EGR component addresses the factory EGR valve and cooler hardware, the selected DPF exhaust configuration replaces the applicable factory exhaust section, and the CCV kit reroutes crankcase ventilation. Package contents vary with the selected exhaust and tuner configuration.
Check the engine code, turbo direct-pipe connection and selected configuration before ordering. This kit is listed only for trucks equipped with the V-band connection at the turbo direct pipe. It does not fit trucks using the 3-bolt flange found on some 2015 models.

Key Features
- Combines EGR, selected DPF exhaust and CCV components for listed LML 6.6L Duramax applications.
- Provides separate 4-inch and 5-inch exhaust choices, including selected muffler and downpipe-back configurations.
- Reroutes the factory crankcase ventilation path through the CCV/PCV reroute component.
- Offers a CCV-only selection or a CCV+Tuner selection containing the Mini Maxx V2 tuner.
- Uses separate SKUs for the available component combinations.
- Retains the V-band connection requirement as an important fitment boundary.
What This Kit Changes
EGR System
The EGR delete component addresses the factory exhaust-gas-recirculation valve and cooler hardware. Changes to the EGR system can affect factory EGR control and the associated coolant path.
DPF Exhaust System
The selected DPF delete race-pipe or downpipe-back configuration replaces the applicable factory exhaust section. Removing the DPF affects the particulate filter, related sensors and factory regeneration strategy.
CCV System
The CCV/PCV reroute kit changes the path used for crankcase ventilation and oil-vapor flow. It is a reroute configuration rather than an EGR or DPF component. Correct hose routing and crankcase-pressure management are important during installation.
What Is Included
- EGR delete kit.
- CCV/PCV reroute kit.
- The DPF exhaust configuration selected when ordering.
- Mini Maxx V2 delete tuner only when a CCV+Tuner configuration is selected.
Components differ between the race-pipe, muffler and downpipe-back configurations. Select the required SKU before ordering and check the selected configuration before installation.
Tune and Factory-Control Considerations
The CCV selection does not include the Mini Maxx V2 tuner. The Mini Maxx V2 is supplied only with a CCV+Tuner selection.
Changes to the EGR and DPF systems affect factory emissions-control operation. An incompatible mechanical and electronic configuration can cause a check engine light, diagnostic trouble codes, regeneration-related faults or reduced-power operation. The selected hardware, vehicle calibration and sensor configuration must work together before the truck is operated.
Configuration Reminder: A tuner is not included with CCV-only selections. Choose the CCV+Tuner option when ordering a package that includes the listed Mini Maxx V2 unit.
Technician Reminder: Check the factory EGR, DPF, CCV, turbo-connection and sensor layout before disassembly. Existing intake, exhaust or tuning modifications may affect installation.
Installation Notes
- Professional installation by a technician familiar with LML Duramax EGR, DPF and CCV systems is recommended.
- Identify the V-band turbo direct-pipe connection before beginning installation.
- Do not install this configuration on a truck using the excluded 3-bolt turbo direct-pipe flange.
- Keep the EGR, DPF and CCV components separated during installation; each component changes a different factory system.
- Check exhaust alignment, hose routing, connections, clearance and signs of leakage before operation.
- Do not operate the truck with incompatible mechanical hardware, sensor configuration or vehicle calibration.
Who This Kit Is For
- Owners of listed 2011–2015 Chevrolet or GMC Silverado/Sierra pickups with the LML 6.6L Duramax diesel engine.

2011–2015 LML Duramax Delete Kit FAQs
Q1: Which vehicles are included in the listed fitment?
A1: The listed fitment covers 2011–2015 Chevrolet and GMC Silverado or Sierra pickups with the LML 6.6L Duramax diesel engine and the required V-band turbo direct-pipe connection.
Q2: Does this kit fit every 2015 LML Duramax truck?
A2: No. It does not fit 2015 trucks equipped with the 3-bolt flange at the turbo direct pipe. It is listed only for the V-band configuration.
Q3: What factory systems does the package change?
A3: It combines an EGR delete component, a selected DPF exhaust configuration and a CCV/PCV reroute component. These parts address separate factory systems.
Q4: Is the CCV component a delete or a reroute?
A4: It is a CCV/PCV reroute configuration that changes the crankcase-ventilation path. It is not an EGR block-off component or a DPF exhaust pipe.
Q5: Does every configuration include the Mini Maxx V2 tuner?
A5: No. The tuner is included only when a CCV+Tuner configuration is selected. CCV-only configurations do not include it.
Q6: Are all exhaust configurations the same?
A6: No. Available selections include 4-inch and 5-inch configurations, with selected muffler and downpipe-back options. Components vary with the selected SKU.
Q7: Can EGR or DPF changes cause a check engine light?
A7: Yes. An incompatible hardware, sensor and calibration combination can trigger a check engine light, diagnostic trouble codes, regeneration faults or reduced-power operation.
Q8: Does the DPF exhaust component affect regeneration?
A8: Yes. Removing the factory DPF changes the exhaust system and affects the factory DPF regeneration strategy and associated sensor operation.
Q9: Will existing modifications affect installation?
A9: Existing intake, exhaust, turbo, sensor or tuning changes may affect compatibility, routing and installation. Check the truck’s configuration before disassembly.
Q10: Is professional installation recommended?
A10: Yes. Installation should be handled by a technician familiar with LML Duramax EGR, DPF, CCV, exhaust, sensor and calibration systems.
Q11: Is this kit guaranteed to pass emissions testing?
A11: No. Removing or disabling factory emissions equipment can affect emissions testing, registration and legal vehicle use.
Q12: Who should not purchase this package?
A12: It is not suitable for trucks outside the listed fitment, trucks using the excluded 3-bolt flange, or owners who need to retain the complete factory emissions system.
