Upgrade your vehicle’s performance with the FLASHARK Exhaust Header, designed for the 1999-2005 Chevy Avalanche, Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe, GMC Sierra, and GMC Yukon GMT800 models. This exhaust header is specifically built for 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L V8 engines, helping to improve airflow and reduce back pressure. By giving each cylinder its own exhaust pipe, it prevents exhaust interference, boosting horsepower and engine efficiency. The durable 201 stainless steel construction with a mirror-polish finish ensures both performance and style. Ideal for anyone looking to unlock the full potential of their V8 engine, whether on the street or the track.
1. Getting more air into your engine and more exhaust out is the key to a performance motor. That's where exhaust headers are significant as the first revenue of an exhaust system. Exhaust performance headers manipulate the airflow with the performance-robbing exhaust manifold that comes with your car. 2. Headers provide each cylinder with its mini exhaust pipe, which means exhaust headers prevent interference among cylinders; thus, the back pressure that occurs in common exhaust manifolds. When cylinders don't have to fight with each other to expel their exhaust, they can put more power through the wheels, pushing the vehicle. Combining with a high-performance cold air intake, and a cat-back exhaust system, a header system removes all restrictions of your engine, then, it can perform at its full potential.

Exhaust header VS manifold, which is the better choice?
When comparing exhaust headers and manifolds, the key differences lie in material, size, and performance. Exhaust headers, made from lighter, thinner steel, are longer and more efficient than the thick iron exhaust manifolds typically found in stock engines. Manifolds tend to create back pressure, which can reduce engine performance. However, exhaust headers are designed to give each cylinder its own exhaust pipe, allowing gases to exit freely without causing back pressure. This results in improved horsepower and better engine efficiency.
For vehicles like the 1999-2005 Chevy Avalanche, Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Sierra, Yukon, upgrading from stock manifolds to performance exhaust headers is a significant improvement. With the FLASHARK Exhaust Header, you’ll experience a boost in engine performance and a more aggressive exhaust note. Whether you’re cruising on the road or pushing your vehicle to the limit, this upgrade unlocks the full potential of your 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L V8 engines. The direct bolt-on design makes installation hassle-free—no modifications needed.

Q: What is the exhaust pipe diameter for this header set?
A: The inlet/outlet diameter is 1.875" for the manifold ports and 2.5" for the outer diameter. The main piping diameter is 2.5".
Q: Will these exhaust headers pass emissions in California?
A: These headers are designed for off-road use only and may not pass California emissions regulations due to the absence of catalytic converters.
Put these headers on my 2012 370Z and the difference is night and day. Throttle response is quicker, mid-range torque is way better, and the car just sounds mean now. Fitment was tight but solid—no major issues during install. Welds and material quality are great for the price. Definitely worth it if you want real gains without breaking the bank.

Decent headers!
Direct bolt on put them on with no issues spark plug wires are extremely close to the driver side headers. Make sure you buy spark plug wires heat shields so they don’t melt. These were installed on a 2001 Silverado single cab 4x4 definitely recommend!

Put this catch can on my ’21 Q60. Install was straightforward, hoses lined up perfectly. Engine feels smoother on acceleration, and I’m confident it’s preventing future carbon buildup.
Put these on my ’10 G37 Coupe last month. Fitment was spot-on, install went smooth, and no rattles or leaks after a few hundred miles. Noticeable bump in power and a deeper exhaust tone without too much drone.
Installed these on my ’08 G37X over the weekend, and I’m impressed. The fitment was spot-on, no weird gaps or alignment issues. Throttle response feels snappier, and there’s a nice bump in low-end torque. The sound is a bit more aggressive but still daily-driver friendly.
I installed these on my 2012 G37 Coupe. Fitment was decent—took some effort around the steering shaft but nothing crazy. Once installed, the car feels more responsive and definitely pulls harder above 4K RPM. The sound is throatier too, especially at wide open throttle. Paired with a tune, it made a noticeable difference. So far, no leaks or issues.
