The B48 2.0L TwinPower Turbo is BMW's workhorse four-cylinder — and the factory catalytic converter is the single biggest restriction in the exhaust path. On non-US market models, the OEM downpipe chokes exhaust flow right where the turbo needs to breathe, raising backpressure, slowing spool, and capping your power ceiling.
This Flashark catless downpipe replaces the factory cat section with a straight-through mandrel-bent stainless steel pipe, purpose-built for international B48-powered BMWs on G/F chassis platforms. The result: faster turbo spool, 25–30 WHP gains (with a Stage 2 tune), sharper throttle response, and a more aggressive exhaust note with deeper pops and burbles on deceleration — all without excessive cabin drone.
Non-US market only. Will NOT fit US-spec B48 vehicles. Will NOT fit models equipped with an OPF (Otto Particulate Filter). RHD models may require clearance adjustments around the steering column.
