What This DPF Delete Pipe Changes
The diesel particulate filter is part of the factory exhaust aftertreatment and regeneration system. Installing a DPF delete race pipe replaces the applicable emissions-related exhaust section with a straight-through pipe assembly.
For FLES08101, installation involves removing the factory DPF/SCR exhaust section, disconnecting the related sensors and DEF injector connections, and installing the replacement pipe sections between the existing downpipe and tailpipe assembly.
This mechanical change affects the factory sensors, diagnostic monitoring and regeneration strategy. It does not block the EGR system or reroute crankcase ventilation.

Tune and Additional Requirements
A compatible DPF-delete calibration is required when the factory aftertreatment hardware and related sensor connections are removed. A tuner, tune file and programming service are not included with this exhaust product.
Operating the truck without the required compatible calibration can result in a check-engine light, diagnostic trouble codes, interrupted regeneration logic, reduced-power operation or limp mode. Results depend on the vehicle calibration, selected exhaust configuration, sensor layout and installation quality; warning-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
