Initial impression I was impressed by the chrome work. The welding was is just above mid but ethe the price its a wash. The performance difference is noticeable and the sound is nicer than stock no doubt. The header does hang lower than stock exhaust by about 4-6 inches. Mistake or intentional? Not sure but I am sure that I’d recommend buying. The price, the sound and hp gain is a no brainer.

Thought I was gonna have an awful time with these but was severely impressed. Took a little work to seal the slip joints but figured that out and they sound nice definetly worth removing the pre turbo catalytic on any subie or sabb

Good fitment. Very good welding. I liked the thick flanges and good welds especially on the collector. All the pipes fit together on the car just like they are supposed to without having to modifying anything. They look good and sound good.

tried to install it on a JDM ej 205. would not clear the oil cooler so had to modify it with a hammer but eventually got it to fit.

Since I already knew the 2005 to 2006 Legacy GT uses the same exhaust manifold as the STI, I decided to buy these and risk it since I didn't want to spend 2K for a header, and I don't regret it. The welds look better in person then they do in the picture, the fitment was perfect, it was better than most high quality headers, for a lower price header, these are very good.
Sadly they do not make catback exhaust for my 2005 Legacy GT Sedan or a downpipe for my 5eat automatic but still the headers are good enough with the uppipe. Now I just need to get a new O2 since my old O2 broke due to how old it was lol.
