No. This downpipe is designed for Audi TT and S3 models equipped with the
1.8L turbocharged inline-four engine only. It does not fit the
Audi TT 3.2L VR6.

The confirmed application data for this SKU does not separately identify FWD and
Quattro configurations. Because exhaust routing can vary by drivetrain, please contact
Flashark with your year, model, drivetrain and VIN before ordering if
you are unsure. Do not rely on the model year alone to confirm drivetrain compatibility.

This is a catless downpipe. It does not contain a catalytic converter.
It is intended for closed-course, racing or off-road use where permitted and may not
comply with emissions regulations in your area.

A catless downpipe can trigger a catalyst-efficiency fault code or check-engine light
because the factory ECU may detect that the original catalytic converter has been removed.
Results vary by vehicle and ECU calibration. Flashark cannot guarantee that installing this
product will prevent a warning light or pass an emissions inspection.

An ECU tune is not normally required to physically install the downpipe, but an appropriate
calibration may be recommended to optimize performance and manage changes associated with a
catless exhaust system. Consult a qualified tuner familiar with your specific Audi setup.

The product uses a 3-inch main downpipe section and a smaller outlet connection. Before
installation, compare the outlet diameter, flange arrangement and mounting points with your
existing exhaust. An adapter, exhaust adjustment or professional fabrication may be required
if the receiving exhaust system has been modified or uses a different connection.

turbocharger, support quicker turbo response and produce a deeper exhaust note. Actual
results depend on the vehicle’s condition, turbocharger, ECU calibration and other modifications.
A fixed horsepower increase is not guaranteed.

Yes. Removing the factory catalytic converter normally creates a louder, deeper and more
aggressive exhaust tone. The exact volume and sound depend on the remaining exhaust system,
including the resonator, muffler and cat-back configuration.

Professional installation is recommended. Installation requires safely raising the vehicle,
removing exhaust fasteners and oxygen sensors, checking flange alignment and inspecting for
exhaust leaks. Older vehicles may also have seized or corroded hardware that increases the
installation difficulty.
