2019–2021 Ram 6.7L Cummins EGR/DPF/DEF Delete Kit
This all-in-one configuration combines the mechanical and electronic components used to change the factory EGR, exhaust aftertreatment, and DEF/SCR control systems on listed 2019–2021 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. It includes an EGR delete kit, a selectable DPF delete race-pipe configuration, and a Mini Maxx V2 tuner for 2018–2021 Ram applications.
The EGR components remove the factory EGR valve and cooler from operation, block the related exhaust-gas path, and reroute the coolant circuit. The selected exhaust configuration replaces the applicable DPF/CAT/SCR/DOC section. Compatible programming is required because this work changes the factory sensor, regeneration, and emissions-control logic.
Fitment
| Model Years | Make / Model | Engine | Configuration |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2019–2021 | Ram 2500 | 6.7L Cummins diesel | Pickup; listed crew-cab and Mega Cab configurations |
| 2019–2021 | Ram 3500 | 6.7L Cummins diesel | Pickup; listed crew-cab and Mega Cab configurations |
- Listed fitments only.
- Not listed for 3500, 4500, or 5500 Cab & Chassis commercial-style trucks.
- Dual-fuel-tank Cab & Chassis configurations are not supported by the tuner.
- For 2018–2021 Ram trucks, check the PCM software part number before ordering. The tuner supports the listed original PCM software when its part number begins with a number; software identified by a part number beginning with a letter may not work.
- Existing exhaust, tuning, emissions-system, or drivetrain modifications can affect installation and programming.

What This Kit Changes
EGR System
The EGR delete hardware removes the EGR valve and cooler from operation, closes the exhaust-gas recirculation path, and reroutes the coolant circuit. This is a mechanical EGR delete and coolant-reroute configuration rather than a CCV reroute kit.
DPF, CAT, SCR and DOC Exhaust Section
The selected race-pipe or downpipe-back configuration replaces the applicable factory exhaust aftertreatment section. Removing this hardware also changes the role of related pressure, temperature, and emissions-system sensors.
DEF/SCR and PCM Control
The Mini Maxx V2 supplies the compatible programming component for the listed application. This package does not use a separate CCV delete or crankcase-reroute component.
What Is Included
- EGR Delete Kit
- Coolant reroute hose
- Transmission dipstick bracket and coolant-hose bracket
- Exhaust-manifold plates tapped for an EGT probe
- Selected DPF delete race-pipe or downpipe-back configuration
- Applicable exhaust clamps, hangers, and installation hardware for the selected configuration
- Mini Maxx V2 Tuner for 2018–2021 Ram
- Bypass cable for the 2018–2021 Ram tuner configuration
Some factory exhaust hardware may be reused. Check the selected configuration and vehicle layout before disassembly.
Tune and Programming Requirements
Compatible programming is required when the DPF, CAT, SCR, DOC, EGR, or related emissions sensors are removed from operation. The package includes the Mini Maxx V2 tuner configured for the listed 2018–2021 Ram application.
- Check the PCM software part number before ordering.
- 2019–2021 Ram applications use one listed power level, with a 20 PSI tune limit.
- Do not remove the factory aftertreatment hardware without compatible programming for the vehicle configuration.
- Unsupported PCM software, incomplete programming, disconnected sensors, or installation faults can result in a check-engine light, diagnostic trouble codes, regeneration faults, reduced-power operation, or drivability problems.
- No CEL-free or DTC-free result is guaranteed.
Installation Notes
- Professional installation by a technician experienced with Cummins EGR, diesel aftertreatment, and PCM programming is recommended.
- The EGR portion changes the exhaust-gas path and engine-coolant routing.
- Shorter wheelbase or specific cab-and-bed configurations can require exhaust cutting and adjustment.
- Some factory hardware may need to be reused.
- Check pipe routing, clamp engagement, hanger alignment, coolant connections, wiring, and sensor handling before operating the vehicle.
- Use the 4-inch DPF and CAT delete pipe installation instructions when installing that configuration.
