Flashark Long Tube Header for 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT V8 4.6L SOHC Engine

FLASHARK Long Tube Headers are engineered for the 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L V8 SOHC engines (excluding 2001 and 2002 models). Made from premium 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished surface, these headers ensure enhanced performance and durability. The 1.75" inlet and 2.25" outlet, combined with a 2*4-1 racing-specs design, optimize exhaust flow for improved horsepower and torque. TIG welded CNC machine flanges provide a precise, leak-free fit, and the direct bolt-on installation requires no modifications. Metal gaskets are included for convenience.

2002 mustang got 4.6

Headers look beautiful and fit amazingly besides rubbing the factory k member slightly if you had a tubular k member they would fit 10/10 would recommend these 10/10 for anyone who doesn’t wanna pay the BBK price

Great quality and consistent materials.

These headers are of great quality and very well bent tubing and nice welds. As a professional tube bender myself, I greatly appreciate the quality of materials and the mandrel bent tubing that is very smooth and clear throughout the inside. They mate up perfectly on my 97 Mustang, looking forward to finishing up my X pipe and giving them a run. I foresee these lasting a very long time in this old pony!
Attached is the factory manifold next to the Flashark headers. You can't go wrong for the price.

Long tube headers

Headers seem great for the price, nothing fancy but they’ll do the job. Paid for expedited shipping and it was a little slower than what I paid for. Overall good experience

Good quality, minor adjustments

Passenger side O2 sensor is in wrong position. Have to seal off the existing O2 sensor bung, and weld on a new bung in the 2 to 3 O'clock position in order to use your sensors. Also, rubs in areas and need to dent the headers in order to not rub. All in all, good quality, just need minor adjustments to fit properly.
