Installation:

  • Easy installation. It only needs a 4.5" diameter flat area on the fuel tank, easy to install about 10 mins after fuel is drained.
  • Use a 3” holes saw to cut the hole where you want to install the sump.
  • Place top plate through-hole, then thread the stainless bolt through housing and into the top plate.
  • Using a 7/32" Allen key tighten bolt until you have a tight seal, 30-40 ft-lbs. if you have a torque wrench should seal it up just fine.

    Solid Product!

    Includes everything needed to complete the job. I recommend drilling the pilot hole first without hole saw attached. If the center bit punches through, damage may be caused by the free spinning hole saw contacting the bottom of the tank. You want a nice clean hole, with no damage to the sealing surface that the o-ring contacts. Make sure to clean up the edges of the 3” hole to ensure proper sealing, do not want frayed or jagged edges obstructing the o-ring.
