Questions and Answers
1. How do you know if headers will fit? Exhaust Headers are designed to fit a specific combination of engine and vehicle. Just because a set of headers fit a similar vehicle with the same engine, doesn't mean it will fit your car. The Header Flange must match the cylinder head bolt pattern. It also must accomodate the exhaust port size, shape, and location.
2. What do headers do for a V8? Because the headers open up the exhaust flow and give more resonance to the engine, you can improve the sound and make it much louder and fuller. This is especially helpful if you already have a high-powered engine like a V8 with a naturally deep and resonant tone.
